“ Tried this place for the first time. The service was friendly and multiple employees greeted us. Lobby was clean and orderly. Food was hot and fresh. Will definitely be back to this or another location. Like how they offer different sauces for the wings/boneless and more variety than others. ”
“ I ran thru the drive thru here in a hurry to get back to my hotel and rest for the night, I apparently beat the rush, right after i gave m order in the drive thru the line was around the building. Guy at the window repeated my order and caught a mistake, apologized a couple times and fixed it before taking payment. As the error that was caught meant some of my food started cooking late i was asked to pull up (i don't mind at all) and the person who brought my order out again apologized. Seems like a small thing to be so sorry for, but my order was corrected at no inconvenience to me, I was happy with service. ”

One of the best experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. He was very friendly and welcoming, and even made sure to let us know how important it was for us to have a great experience and for the restaurant to exceed our expectations. “ This Sugarland location is wonderful!! It was on a Sunday, and I expected it to be packed. Only 2 people were dining in. I loved zaxbys ever since I lived in GA... So I took my roommate, it was her first time trying it. She loved it. She and I was impressed how professional the employees were. I got fried pickles, the cobb salad and insane hot wings, which are the hottest ones. There's alot of things that aren't hot to me, and these cleared my sinuses. The flavor is the best. I could eat 100 of them. Too bad there isn't a challenge. Anyways... give them a try... you won't be disappointed... the food and service is A. ”
